At Changepoint Pilates, I use a whole person, evidence-based approach to wellness firmly grounded in the principles of the Pilates method.


With over 16 years of teaching experience, I continue to be passionate about life-long learning and teaching. Holding the belief that every person is capable of making desired change given the right circumstances, my aim is to co-create that with you.


Your Pilates program will be based on a thorough assessment of your history as well as your own personal goals. Regardless of where you start, with consistent practice you will notice gains in strength and stability, better posture, less pain or discomfort and an improved ability to 'do' life the way you intended.
