Are you struggling to get 'unstuck' from unwanted feelings or behaviours?

We can help...

Why Counselling?

Counselling is a process, an active conversation aimed at helping you create desired positive change in your life. It can help you move through challenging situations, and to develop self-awareness about how you've come to engage with others and yourself in certain ways. It can also provide a safe space where you can explore and express your emotions freely without fear of judgement.

With understanding and awareness on board, shifts can begin to happen. As core beliefs, patterns and behaviours can be tenacious and long-standing however, creating lasting change is often a mindful practice, one where having the guidance and support of a skilled therapeutic counsellor can be especially helpful.
