Why Counselling?



Counselling is a process, an active conversation aimed at helping you create desired positive change in your life. It can help you move through challenging situations, and provide a safe space where you can explore and express your thoughts and emotions freely without fear of judgement.


With understanding, self-compassion and awareness on board, shifts can begin to happen. As lasting change can take time and mindful practice to create, having the guidance and support of a skilled Clinical Counsellor alongside can be especially helpful.



What can Counselling help with?



As a trauma-informed, somatically trained Clinical Counsellor, my goal is to promote your strengths. The belief that each person is the expert in their own lives informs my practice. Within that collaborative framework, I will work alongside you to help you fully embody a new and choice-driven relationship with challenges including:
