Are you struggling to get 'unstuck' from unwanted feelings or behaviours?

I can help...

Why Counselling?

Counselling is a process, an active conversation aimed at helping you create desired positive change in your life. It can help you move through challenging situations, and to develop self-awareness about how you've come to engage with others and yourself in certain ways. It can also provide a safe space where you can explore and express your emotions freely without fear of judgement.

With understanding and awareness on board, shifts can begin to happen. Because of the long-standing nature of many of our beliefs, creating lasting change is often a mindful practice, one where having the guidance and support of a skilled therapeutic counsellor alongside can be especially helpful.
