
These dynamic, full-body, 50-minute classes will combine fundamental Pilates-based matwork with core conditioning exercises using small equipment such as bands, weights and foam rollers.
Over 4 weeks, your instructor will guide you through a range of progressive exercises designed to strengthen your core, hips, shoulders and back, while also providing gains in flexibility and balance. If you enjoy working out in a small group of like-minded others, and want the benefits of the gym (without the gym!), come join us this Fall!

Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
